What does "3 attempts included" mean?
Routine service covers up to three attempts at the address you provide, at varied times of day. If the person still hasn't been served, I'll check with you and confirm the price before any 4th attempt.
What's the difference between Rush, Same Day, and On-Demand?
Rush gets priority scheduling, Same Day is attempted the day you send it, and On-Demand means I head out as soon as you call. Prices are starting rates — distance and timing can affect the final cost, which I confirm up front.
How is document delivery mileage billed?
Document delivery or retrieval is $22 plus round-trip mileage at the current IRS mileage rate.
How do I send the documents?
